Lisa Cribbs, the contributor of this photo, had this to say about the picture and sets up the story behind it.
“We had a “going away” party yesterday for a lady at our Little Rock claim office. One of the supervisors called a Wal-Mart and ordered the cake.
He told them to write: ”Best Wishes Suzanne” and underneath that write “We will miss you”.
As the picture shows, it didn’t quite turn out right.
ONLY IN ARKANSAS!!!!”
This would be funny if if were not an urban legend. Now it’s just stupid.
This picture has more than made the rounds and was the basis for the beginning of the blog “cakewrecks”
This is as much the phone caller’s fault as it is the person taking directions. Also, “Under Neat.” LMAO
I doubt the sender-inner of this was the original one since it allegedly happened “yesterday” and this cake is older than the hills, and, as tsuyoikuma mentioned, the founding cake for Cakewrecks.
Sorry, people. I just post what you give me. Anyway, for people who have seen it for the first time (including myself), it’s pretty funny.

I must say I’ve been searching for somewhere I can find some good information regarding Best Wishes | Engrish & Funny Typos. Searching in Yahoo I found your blog post.
