Because once just wasn’t enough

What makes this such an amazing picture is that not only is their error posted once in huge bold letters, but it is everywhere else! How was this possible? They couldn’t even reach an agreement either, what with pie’s beingĀ possessiveĀ and burgers being pluralized. Again, the repetitive nature of this picture just screams out “Look! We’re incorrect grammar and we’re here forever!”

On a second thought, who thought pies and burgers?

I think a lot of people have problems when it comes to forming the plural of a word that ends in a vowel. I see the plural spelling of an apostrophe and an S most often when the word doesn’t end in a consonant. Maybe adding an S produces a word that just looks weird to them: PIES looks like it could be the plural of PY. OK, it’s a stretch. I’m just trying to be nice for a change.

Maybe the owners last name is Pie and it was actually clever marketing?
