I snapped this pic while at the car show in Loveland, CO a few weeks ago. I’m not sure which I enjoy more, the spelling of “American” or that I could have ordered a pork chop on a stick (which, sadly, I did not).
Enjoy – Mark H.

Another misuse of quotation marks, giving those of us with more intimate knowledge of English grammar a slightly dirty chuckle.

Two signs in Korea, submitted by Amber W.
It took way too long to figure out what was being said in the first picture. As it turns out, and only because the picture was immensely helpful, they are asking that for your own safety, to remove the colored picks that hold the burger together before you eat the food. Wow. Luckily there’s a great concession trailer near where I work that has awesome burgers.
As for the froral shop? That is just sad. Does anyone ever tell people that their signs are misspelled?

Normally, quotations around a word in English like this imply double meanings. I feel badly for this hotel for unknowingly making their cautionary request into a joke.

Two thoughts come to mind.
Seems like someone else in this family still needs to be in school.
But is the graduate proud of the person writing the misspelling?

Do I even need to try and make a joke here. I submit to you that I do not. While Borat was a silly and fun movie, even this engrish masterpiece goes far beyond what the director could have imagined.

You have to love truth in advertising. Most junk is useless, right? But the best part is “for a slight chance.” So you don’t have a very good shot to win useless junk. I like those odds.

I’m not sure that spa is the best thing to relax in. Maybe it is more for aroma therapy? Nah.

Sadly, this was in a museum in Iran. It would make me very unsure of the museum’s displays. Or should I say, “Trusting museum not.” Engrish will never get old.

I think the sign is referring to the sign’s spelling as being out of order. We also “apologize” for this sign being out of order.
Hi, I saw this beauty in a Tesco shop in Shoreditch, East London yesterday. It’s all wrong.
